Indications :
Osteoarthritis ;
Rheumatoid arthritis ; Ankylosing spondylitis
To reduce pain swelling
redness and heat ( inflammation)

التهاب المفاصل. التهاب المفاصل الروماتويدي. التهاب الفقار اللاصق
Contraindicated if
· Patient had asthma or allergy or
urticaria from aspirin naproxen or to
other NSAIDS as ibuprofen Diclofenac or cox 2 inhibitors
· Last 3 months of pregnancy
· Breastfeeding

الحساسية للاسبرين او النابروكسين او اي من مضادات الالتهاب الاسيترودية الاخرى

Stop using if
· Lose weight for no reason or have
problem swallowing
· Start to vomit blood or food
· Pass black stools ( blood stained
faeces)
· shortness of breath
· slurred speech trouble breathing
· chest pain
· swelling of the face or throat

اخراج اسود اللون ( براز ملوث بالدم)
عدم القدرة على التنفس
بطء وتلعثم في الكلام

تورم في الوجه او الحلق
FDA WARNINGS
VIMOVO, which contains
naproxen [a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)] and esomeprazole
magnesium, may increase the chance of a heart attack or stroke that can lead
to death. This chance increases:
• with longer use of NSAID
medicines
• in people who have heart
disease
NSAID-containing medicines,
such as VIMOVO, can cause ulcers and bleeding in the stomach and intestines at
any time during treatment.
Ulcers and bleeding:
• can happen without warning
symptoms
• may cause death
NSAID medicines should only
be used: • exactly as prescribed • at the lowest dose possible for your
treatment • for the shortest time needed
How to use
· Do not take with food
· Take 30 minutes before you have a
meal
